Summit Contracting Group, a Multifamily General Contractor with a new Division based in Atlanta, has started construction on NOVEL O4W (Old Fourth Ward).
NOVEL O4W is conveniently located near the Ponce City Market and the Beltline. It will consist of 233 uniquely designed apartment homes in 2 five-story wood frame buildings on a concrete podium, with 2.5 floors of retail shops and parking. The net square footage is 202,390 with 10,500 square feet of office space. Luxury amenities will include air-conditioned bike storage room, a coffee bar with drop-in workspaces, indoor-outdoor yoga terrace, a rideshare lounge and artwork designed by local artists.
