Topping Out in Tampa! Thank you to our hardworking Subcontractors, Vendors, and our Summit Team! We celebrated the Topping Out of NOVEL Riverwalk on February 21st with a big lunch. NOVEL Riverwalk is a High Density Market Rate project with 394 units, parking garage, luxury amenities, and is a total of 327,070 square feet.
