Summit has started construction on Lofts at Jefferson Station, the third consecutive affordable housing project for the LaVilla neighborhood of Downtown Jacksonville. We celebrated the groundbreaking on October 4th, with Vestcor Communities, City Council Members, Downtown Investment Authority, Florida Housing Finance and downtown neighbors.
