Summit will be building Class A apartments with exceptional amenities, located at Kernan and Beach Boulevard near The Point at Tamaya Apartments (also built by Summit). Construction is planned to be complete in Summer 2020.
West Kernan Apartments will consist of 301 units in 12 three-story buildings and five two-story carriage house buildings, with total net square footage of 266,958. Community amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, grilling areas, garages, maintenance shop, leasing center, and luxury interior finishes that include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
