JACKSONVILLE, FL, March 27, 2019: Summit Contracting Group, a General Contractor with offices in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, has started construction on Fusion Rental Community, a market rate multifamily development. The property is located at Baymeadows Road East in Jacksonville’s Southside, across from 9A/Baymeadows Regional Park.
“This is the fourth project we have built as the general contractor in this Southside Jacksonville neighborhood,” says Marc Padgett, Summit’s President. “This area is continuing to see high demand for amenity-rich apartments like these, with large community areas for relaxing and entertaining, but still in close reach to everything Jacksonville has to offer.”
Fusion will consist of 384 high-end apartment units in three wood frame buildings with a five story parking garage. Resort-style amenities include a swimming pool, pavilion, clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office, play area, dog park, and car care area.
