JACKSONVILLE, FL, NOVEMBER 19, 2019: Summit Contracting Group, a Multifamily General Contractor with offices in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, has started construction on Madison Pointe in Daytona Beach, FL. This development is a “Class A” apartment complex adjacent to the recently completed Tomoka Pointe multifamily project. These properties are conveniently located at I-95 and the new Tanger Outlets and retail complex. Summit is also the general contractor for 500 East Apartments located at LPGA Boulevard.
Madison Pointe will have a total of 240 apartments in 4 buildings, and total square footage of 321,000. Resort-style amenities will include a swimming pool, pavilion, maintenance building, clubhouse, fitness center, and 7 detached garages. Construction is planned to be complete in early 2021. The developer is Madison Pointe Housing, LP and the architect is Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc.
