Summit has started construction of The Canopy at Walden Woods, an Assisted Living Community located in Plant City, FL, convenient to I-4 with Lakeland to the East and Tampa to the West.
This is the sixth “Canopy” Assisted Living Facility project Summit has built with Rimrock Companies. The Canopy at Walden Woods will consist of 64 units in one two-story building, and will include units for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Amenities include a commercial kitchen, salon/spa, interior community spaces, courtyards, and maintenance building.
