Gainesville, FL: Summit Contracting Group has broken ground on off-campus student apartments near the University of Florida.
RISE Gainesville is a student multifamily development with a total of 185 beds. It consists of two four-story buildings, total square footage of 139,255, and will include a pool, a full fitness facility, a clubhouse, and parking for vehicles and scooters. The 124 spacious unit plans with include a mix of 1 bed/1 bath units and 2 bed/2 bath units.
“We are excited to start construction and build on our partnership with RISE,” says Marc Padgett, Summit’s CEO. “We are looking forward to executing their vision and fulfilling the community need for student multifamily in Gainesville.”
Located on the corner of SW 13th and SW 25th in Gainesville, FL, future residents will enjoy the close proximity to the UF campus and the privacy of off-campus living.
Construction has started and is scheduled to be complete in Summer of 2021. The developer is RISE, and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
