Summit Contracting Group, has broken ground and has started on the site work for a new multifamily development called The Foundry NoHo. This is the fourth project Summit is building concurrently in the busy Tampa multifamily market.
The Foundry NoHo is a multifamily community that will consist of 198 units in one building with four levels of wood frame construction, and a precast concrete parking garage. The community will offer one, two and three bedroom living options. Future residents will enjoy a 6400sf, two-story clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center with On-demand fitness classes, flexible work-from-home spaces with business center and conference room, resort-style pool with outdoor summer kitchen and fire pits, fenced dog park and pet wash and outdoor entertainment areas and hammock park.
Construction has begun and is scheduled to be complete in early 2022. The developer is The Richman Group, and the architect is Humphreys & Partners Architects, FL LLC.
Summit is the general contractor for three other projects currently under construction in Tampa: The Independent, Legacy at Encore, and Novel Midtown Tampa.
