Novel Midtown Tampa is a mixed-use multifamily project located in the master planned Midtown Tampa development, at I-275/Dale Mabry.
Summit is constructing 3 buildings that consist of 5 stories of wood frame over a concrete podium. There will be 390 units and extensive amenities including parking garage, retail, courtyards, fitness center, resort-style pool and more.
This is an exciting build because our work site is sandwiched between and connected to other contractors actively building at the same time in one master site.
