Summit Contracting Group, has broken ground and started on the site work for Lofts at Murray Hill, a mixed income multifamily development, located on Edgewood Avenue in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. This property will include rental apartments at market rate, workforce housing and affordable housing rates, as well as 11,000 SF of retail space on the ground level.

Lofts at Murray Hill will consist of 117 units in one four-story wood frame building and total square footage of 127,322. Future residents will enjoy a fitness center, internet café, club room with kitchen and TVs, resident lounge with billiards, dog walk area and controlled access. The project is being developed by Vestcor and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc. Construction has started and is scheduled to be complete in Fall of 2021.
Summit is also currently building Lofts at Brooklyn that is scheduled to be complete in early 2021; Lofts at Jefferson Station was completed November 2019; Lofts at Monroe was completed October 2018; and Lofts at LaVilla was completed in November 2017.
