General contractor Summit Contracting Group has started construction on The Mason Port St. Lucie, a market rate multifamily development. The project site is located on South US Highway 1 in the growing city of Port St. Lucie, the heart of Florida’s “Treasure Coast.”
The Mason Port St. Lucie will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with spacious layouts. The development will have 252 units in seven three-story buildings.
Community amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, swimming pool, and detached garages. Total square footage is 301,039.
Construction is planned to be complete in early 2023. The developer is a Waypoint Residential, LLC subsidiary and the architect is Group 4 Architectural Services, LLC.
