Summit Contracting Group earned national recognition by making the National Multifamily Housing Council’s (NMHC) 2022 NMHC 50 (nmhc.org/The-NMHC-50/), the annual ranking of the nation’s largest apartment owners, managers, developers, builders and syndicators. Summit Contracting Group is ranked third apartment builder in the country, with 10,569 units started in 2021. Since 2013 Summit has ranked in the top 10 each year in the NMHC 50 list.
