The multifamily industry is maintaining strong demand, despite supply chain woes, interest rate hikes, and even in a recession economy. We anticipate to keep building steadily. Housing is needed in all our Southeast U.S. markets, and that includes the need for affordable housing to market rate.
Summit’s top priority is the continued growth and sustainability of our team and company as a whole. Our low turnover, and ability to maintain consistent, controlled growth each year has led us to becoming one of the largest multifamily builders in the country. We plan to keep the pace of our multifamily construction projects into 2023.
