The project site is located at the corner of Highway 17 and Radar Road in Fleming Island, a bedroom community south of Jacksonville, FL. Future residents will have close access to the Black Creek Nature Trail, the St Johns River, and a wide variety of restaurant, retail, and other recreational options.
The Station will consist of 180 units in five three- and four-story buildings, with a focus on comfort and high-end finishes like granite countertops and upgraded appliances. Additional amenities include an expansive dog park with pet spa, 24/7 package delivery, bike storage, a clubhouse with a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
Construction is planned to be complete in the summer of 2022.
