Multifamily general contractor Summit Contracting Group has started construction on Solis Nexton, a luxury development located within the master-planned community of Nexton (https://www.nexton.com/). Future residents will live within walking distance of the exceptional mix of retailers and restaurants in Nexton Town Center and Nexton Square.
The site is located on Front Street in Summerville, SC, less than 25 miles north of Charleston. Historic Downtown Summerville is less than five miles away, and the Charleston International Airport is 18 miles away.
Solis Nexton will consist of 320 units in nine three- and four-story buildings. Construction is planned to be complete in early 2023.
