In the spirit of the season, our employees set out on a heartening mission to bring joy and support to local children and families through various initiatives. Their generosity has played a role in bringing joy to members of the Jacksonville community.
Every year during the holiday season, Summit employees lead with their heart and help a
survivor-led family have a happier holiday.
Summit employees donated toys and parent gifts to Hubbard House, a domestic violence shelter in Jacksonville, FL. Hubbard House has sheltered more than 155,000 survivors and their children in its 47-year history.
At the Survivor Store, in-shelter children shop for free for special gifts for their in-shelter
parents. With the help of our generous employees, we were able to donate women’s
clothing, shoes and hygiene products for kids to gift to their mothers.

Summit’s project team at Artea delivered boxes of blankets, stuffed animals, and games to a
local news station in Jacksonville. It was a beautiful morning seeing carloads of gifts being delivered by donors.

Artea is a multifamily project across the street from News4Jax. News4Jax collects children’s toys that will then be distributed at the Children’s Christmas Party of Jacksonville to as many as 5,000 of Jacksonville’s children in need in December.
