Millenia Lakes is ideally located next to Orlando’s premier shopping mall –– The Mall at Millenia.
Millenia Lakes is a market rate Multifamily Development that will provide a unique living environment for people of all ages. The development will consist of 330 units in seven four-story buildings, with a total square footage of 433,150. Amenities include a two-story clubhouse with an elevator, fitness center, and a pool with walk in/zero entry, four six-bay free standing garages, one maintenance building, one trash compactor and recycling corral, a bier garden/pavilion and one bike storage/dog spa. This project also includes a library, fitness center, outdoor garden, pavilion and dog park.
Construction has commenced and will be completed in early Summer 2021. Barings is developing the project, designed by Group 4 Design, Inc, on behalf of institutional investors.
