Summit has been awarded a contract to build Mosby Lakeside luxury apartments in Pooler, GA. This Class A development is conveniently located across the street from the new St. Joseph’s/Candler hospital campus, retail, restaurants, mixed-use amenities, and excellent access to Savannah’s job centers.
Mosby Lakeside will consist of 316 units in 7 buildings, with net square footage of 328,235. Community amenities include a large clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, mail kiosk, dog park, pet spa, outdoor community areas, electric car charging stations, and luxury interior finishes. Construction is planned to be complete by Summer 2020.
