Summit has started construction on Novo Mauldin. This market rate multifamily development is located on Main St. in the city of Mauldin, SC which is 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, SC.
NOVO Mauldin will consist of 330 units in 11 three-story buildings, and a total square footage of 311,256. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, nine private five-bay garage buildings. Novo Mauldin is the first new apartment project in Mauldin in over 10 years and will bring much needed affordably priced apartments to the area.
