Laura is Summit’s Director of Corporate Services as she leads recruiting efforts, HR functions, employee retention and new hire trainings. She graduated from the University of North Florida and began her career as an educator of Duval County Public Schools. She went onto coordinate a post-high school trades program for skilled workers in construction, as she is an advocate for enhancing our workforce development through apprenticeship opportunities.

Laura also has experience in staffing and recruiting for various skills and positions. She is responsible for finding the talent that aligns with Summit’s core values, mission, culture and serving its clients.
