Michael Bressler’s career started in industrial design and architecture where he worked on a wide variety of projects, designing everything from Mercedez-Benz busses and shopping malls to amusement parks and restaurants. He committed to the world of construction after an introduction to design-build projects, and never looked back.

As a Division VP, Michael manages all phases of the construction of high-profile multifamily developments, starting with the building of relationships with developers. He oversees multiple Project Managers who prepare and administer budgets of 40+ million dollars, leads and supervises other general contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors. Together, the project team is responsible for the delivery of projects to clients on schedule and within budget.
