Tom has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry including Multifamily and Class A Commercial builds. He has mastered the art of turning multifamily housing prospects into repeat business with extensive expertise in construction, project management, and exceptional client relationships.

Tom brings with him an exceptional history of knowledge and experience in acquiring, negotiating, overseeing, and completing Multifamily projects.

As a Division Vice President, Tom manages all phases of the construction of high-profile multifamily developments, starting with the building of relationships with developers. He oversees multiple Project Managers who prepare and administer budgets of 40+ million dollars, leads and supervises other general contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors. Together, the project team is responsible for the delivery of projects to clients on schedule and within budget.
